What is meant by "the bounty in the Hereafter" that Ibn Kathir mentioned in his interpretation of the verse (and for men is a degree over them)?

The verse ("Men are in charge of women by [right of] what Allah has preferred some of them over others and by [right of] what they spend from their wealth") indicates that men have been favored over women, which is the interpretation adopted by the early Muslims (Salaf) and aligns with the context of the verses. As for the Hereafter, favor will be for some individuals among men over some individuals among women, but Allah wrongs no one. He has promised Paradise to believing men and believing women, and a woman may surpass a man in degrees [in Paradise] according to her deeds. She may also be raised to her husband's rank in Paradise, and that is a grace from Allah.
