What is the reality of "al-mushahara" for a woman in postpartum bleeding (nifas)?

The word "al-mushahara" is unknown. If what is meant by it are the talismans and beads that midwives offer to a woman in postpartum, believing that they prevent "al-kabsah" (lack of milk production), then this is among the innovations (bid'ah) and superstitions with which Satan deceives people. It is obligatory for the Muslim woman to believe that benefit and harm are from Allah. Therefore, she must abandon pessimism and amulets, because amulets are a form of polytheism (shirk (definition)).
