What is the ruling on the following two oaths: "You are unlawful to me like my mother and my sister, that all this talk is a lie and slander," and "By triple divorce, that all this talk is a lie and slander"? And is there any sin incurred by them, knowing that everything attributed to me is a lie and slander? And what is the ruling on saying, "By triple divorce, we will not share one house until you know the truth of this talk," as a result of the wife's insistence on falsely accusing me?

If you swore to divorce your wife with a triple divorce, that no house would bring you together unless she informed you of the truth of what was rumored about you, then if she tells you what she knows, there is no problem. But if she does not inform you: if you intended by your words "no house will bring us together" that you would not live together in one house, then if you do live together, she is divorced with a triple divorce. And if you intended divorce by your words "no house will bring us together," then she is divorced with a single divorce. Some scholars are of the opinion that a single divorce becomes binding unless the husband intended more. Sheikh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah holds the view that if the husband did not intend divorce but rather a threat, then no divorce occurs, and an expiation for breaking an oath becomes binding. It is advisable to present the matter to a Sharia court or to trustworthy scholars.
