What is the ruling on using perfumes that contain denatured alcohol to which toxic substances such as brucine sulfate have been added?

If alcohol is transformed into a non-intoxicating substance by the addition of other materials, then there is no objection to its use. However, if its intoxicating property remains, it is impermissible to use it due to the impurity of intoxicants according to the majority of scholars. For highly toxic materials to be permissible for use, it must be established that they do not cause harm, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "There shall be no harm or reciprocating harm."
