What is the ruling on taking pigeon eggs or fledglings from a house's balcony and windows if the pigeons come from neighbors and build their nests in these places?

It is not permissible to take pigeon eggs or chicks if it is known that they are owned by someone else, due to Allah's saying: "O you who have believed, do not consume one another's wealth unjustly," and the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "The wealth of a Muslim person is not lawful unless given with his willing consent."
