Is it obligatory to denounce every time the questioner sees an iniquity in the application he subscribed to, or is it sufficient to denounce it in the heart due to the abundance of iniquities?

A Muslim must denounce evil if he is able to, after confirming that it is a forbidden act agreed upon by scholars, and that he is knowledgeable of the religious ruling. It is stipulated that denouncing it should not involve significant hardship or difficulty. If the evil act becomes widespread and frequent, it is not obligatory to denounce it every time, in accordance with His Almighty's saying: "Allah does not burden a soul beyond its capacity," and "So fear Allah as much as you are able." This is also based on the hadith: "Whoever among you sees an evil, let him change it with his hand; if he is unable, then with his tongue; if he is unable, then with his heart."
