Is it permissible to drink Bavaria?

If Bavaria beer is intoxicating in itself or through the addition of an alcoholic substance, then it is not permissible to drink it, use it, sell it, or buy it, due to the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Every intoxicant is unlawful." However, if it is not intoxicating, then it is permissible to drink it, use it, sell it, and buy it.
