The answer

An employee is a hired worker and a trustee of their responsibility. They must safeguard work tools and use them solely for the benefit of the work. It is not permissible for them to use these tools for personal purposes, or to rent them out, or to allow others to use them, or to exceed what is permitted by labor law. Such actions constitute treachery and a breach of trust, as Allah Almighty said: "And those who are to their trusts and their covenants attentive" (Quran 23:8), and "Indeed, the best of those you can hire is the strong and the trustworthy" (Quran 28:26). Therefore, an employee does not have the right to do what has been mentioned unless there is explicit or implicit permission from the officials.
