If a person sells books of divination and fortune-telling, such as horoscopes and luck, or sells magazines containing forbidden images, corrupt materials, and deviant ideas, then his work is haraam (forbidden). The sale of books of disbelief, astrology, and sorcery is void because there is no permissible benefit in them. The seller of musical instruments and forbidden images, if they are original and not secondary to something else, should be disciplined.
