What is the wisdom behind reciting remembrances (adhkar) in the morning and evening and upon leaving the house, and what will happen as a result, even though everything is predestined by Allah and there are angels entrusted with guarding us?

The decree of Allah is repelled by His decree, as in the Omar ibn al-Khattab's, may Allah be pleased with him, flight from the plague in Al-Sham. He clarified that they were fleeing from Allah's decree to Allah's decree, citing the example of camels grazing in fertile pastures by Allah's permission. Supplications and remembrances are part of the divine decree, repelling other decrees. Angels protect humans by Allah's command, but when the divine decree comes to pass, they withdraw.
