Al-Hakim narrated in Al-Mustadrak from Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with both of them) that he said: "Allah created four things with His Hand: The Throne, Gardens of Eden, Adam, and the Pen." Then He said to everything: "Be," and it was.
