Is the Quran's difference in describing the creation of Adam, between "I created with My Hands" and "Be, and it is," a contradiction, and what is the advantage of creation by hand if it could have been with the word "Be, and it is"?

It is advisable to avoid reading the books of the disbelievers, especially those pertaining to the شبه النصارى (those resembling Christians or Christian-like doctrines), unless the intention is to refute them, provided one has the competence and is secure from being influenced. Allah created Adam from dust, then he became adhesive clay, then putrid black mud, then ringing clay like pottery. Then Allah breathed into him of His spirit, and He said to him: "Be, and he was." This is in confirmation of His saying, the Almighty: "Indeed, the example of Jesus to Allah is like that of Adam. He created him from dust; then He said to him, "Be," and he was." [Al-Imran: 59].
