Did the Prophet Muhammad pray with the prophets or only their souls in Al-Aqsa Mosque, and did he see them in body and soul during the Mi'raj, or only their souls?

The Isra’ and Mi’raj is a well-established event upon which Muslims have reached a consensus. During it, the Prophet led the pure ones in prayer as their Imam in Jerusalem. The presence of the Prophets (peace be upon them) was with both their bodies and souls, and this is the most preponderant view among scholars, supported by the apparent meanings of authentic hadiths. This is the view held by the majority of hadith scholars, jurists, and theologians. His seeing them in the heavens is interpreted as seeing their souls, except for Jesus (peace be upon him), who was raised with his body, and perhaps Idris as well. Some scholars are of the view that his prayer with them occurred before the ascension.
