Is it permissible to open a food products business in America if it is stipulated that alcoholic beverages be sold within it, knowing that an American worker will be deputized to sell it at its cost price without benefiting from it?

It is not permissible to open the aforementioned project, which requires selling alcohol for its establishment, because selling alcohol is unlawful (haram), and assisting in it in any way is forbidden, based on the Almighty's saying: "And cooperate in righteousness and piety, but do not cooperate in sin and aggression," and the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Allah has cursed alcohol, its drinker, its server, its seller, its buyer, its presser, the one for whom it is pressed, its carrier, and the one to whom it is carried." The ruling is not altered by making its sale without profit or by bringing a non-Muslim worker to sell it. Selling alcohol is absolutely forbidden, even to non-Muslims, because alcohol is not considered property (mal) for a Muslim.
