If the heirs are limited to those mentioned, then the full brothers are excluded by the male lineal descendant and inherit nothing. The wife receives one-eighth, according to the verse: "But if you have a child, then for them [the wives] is one eighth of what you leave." The remainder is divided among the sons and daughters, with the male receiving the share of two females, according to the verse: "Allah instructs you concerning your children: for the male, what is equal to the share of two females."

Thus, the inheritance is divided into eighty shares (80): the wife receives ten shares (10), each son receives fourteen shares (14), and each daughter receives seven shares (7). It is obligatory to submit inheritance matters to the Sharia courts for investigation, as there might be another heir, or wills, or debts that take precedence over the rights of the heirs.
