What is the share of each heir from the estate of a deceased person who has: a wife, two sons, a daughter, a maternal brother, and a paternal nephew?

"The deceased's wife receives one-eighth (1/8) as a fixed share due to the presence of a lineal descendant, based on the Almighty's saying: "But if you have a child, then for them [the wives] is one-eighth of what you leave, after any bequest you [may have] made or debt." The remainder goes to the two sons and the daughter by way of residuary inheritance (ta'sib), with the male receiving the equivalent of the share of two females, based on the Almighty's saying: "Allah instructs you concerning your children: for the male, what is equal to the share of two females." The full-brother's son and the maternal half-brother do not inherit because they are excluded by the son. The inheritance is divided into forty shares: five for the wife, fourteen for each son, and seven for the daughter. It is obligatory to refer inheritance matters to the Sharia courts for investigation."
