What is the share of each heir from the deceased’s estate, which consists of one full brother, five daughters, and three full sisters?

If the heirs are limited to those mentioned, the daughters receive two-thirds, as Allah Almighty says: "But if there are [only] daughters, two or more, for them is two thirds of what he left." The remainder is divided among the full brother and full sisters, with the male receiving the share of two females. Thus, the inheritance is divided into fifteen shares: each daughter receives two shares, the full brother receives two shares, and each full sister receives one share.

It must be emphasized that matters of inheritance are serious and must be referred to the Sharia courts for investigation and to ensure there are no wills, debts, or other rights taking precedence over the heirs' rights. The inheritance should not be divided without consulting the Sharia courts.
