If the heirs are limited to those mentioned, and the deceased left no other heirs, then the daughters receive two-thirds as a prescribed share, based on the Almighty's saying: "But if there are [only] daughters, two or more, for them is two-thirds of what he left." The remainder goes to the paternal brothers and the paternal sister by way of ta'sib (residuary inheritance), with the male receiving the share of two females, based on the Almighty's saying: "And if there are brothers and sisters, then for the male will be the portion of two females." The sons of the full brother and the sons of the paternal brother receive nothing, as they are completely excluded by the paternal brother. The estate is divided into one hundred and five shares: the daughters receive seventy shares (fourteen shares for each), each paternal brother receives ten shares, and the paternal sister receives five shares. It is advisable to consult the Sharia courts regarding inheritance matters, as there might be other heirs, wills, debts, or other rights that take precedence over the heirs' right.
