Both "Sahih al-Targhib wa al-Tarhib" and "Al-Silsilah al-Sahihah" are by Sheikh Muhammad Nasir al-Din al-Albani. "Sahih al-Targhib wa al-Tarhib" is an authentication of al-Mundhiri's book "Al-Targhib wa al-Tarhib," where al-Albani classified its hadiths as authentic or weak. In his "Sahih," he compiled 3,775 authentic or good (hasan) hadiths.
