Was the hadith mentioned in "Hisn al-Muslim" and attributed by Al-Albani to "Da'if al-Targhib" originally in "Sahih al-Targhib," and then did Shaykh Al-Albani retract and weaken it? And is it permissible to publish the book "Hisn al-Muslim" while the hadith is still attributed to "Sahih al-Targhib" after Al-Albani weakened it?

The intended meaning of "Sahih al-Targhib" is the book by Al-Albani, and the aforementioned hadith is not in it. Rather, Al-Albani mentioned it in "Da'if al-Targhib". Therefore, whoever attributes it to "Sahih al-Targhib" has erred. Al-Albani graded the hadith as hasan in "Sahih al-Jami'", but he graded it as da'if in "Da'if al-Targhib" and "Silsilah al-Da'ifah", and he explained its weakness in detail. The author of the book "Traja'at al-Albani" included it among the hadiths that Al-Albani retracted his grading of as sahih or hasan.
