Is it permissible to publish hadiths authenticated by Al-Albani and other scholars, despite conflicting judgments on the authenticity of some hadiths, and is one sinful for publishing a hadith that was thought to be strong but later turned out to be weak?

May Allah reward you with goodness for disseminating the ahadith. Al-Albani authenticated the hadith: "May Allah illuminate the face of a person who hears a hadith from us, memorizes it, and conveys it to others. For many a bearer of fiqh (understanding) is not himself a faqih (jurist), and many a bearer of fiqh conveys it to one who is more understanding than him." The ruling on a hadith is a matter of ijtihad, and it is permissible for a non-specialist to follow a trustworthy scholar. Sheikh Al-Albani is worthy of trust, so there is no harm in continuing to disseminate ahadith based on his books.
