What is the ruling on an extramarital relationship for a divorced woman during her 'iddah, if it does not involve full intercourse?

It is forbidden for a woman to establish a relationship with a foreign man, whether she is married or unmarried, and whether she is in her iddah (waiting period) or not. However, it is more heinous for a married woman or one in her iddah, as it combines transgression against the husband's right and Allah's right. It is incumbent upon the woman to repent, immediately cease this sin, and regret it.
