What is the text of the noble Hadith which mentions that whoever makes his brother rise from his seat will be deprived of his seat in Paradise?

There is no Hadith (definition) stating that whoever makes someone stand up from their seat will be deprived of their seat in Paradise. And making someone stand up from their seat in a permissible place is not allowed. Indeed, the Prophet (peace be upon him) forbade a man from making another stand up from his sitting place so that someone else could sit in it. This is because whoever arrives first at a permissible place has a greater right to it, and making him stand is considered an aggression and injustice against him. Whoever does this must seek forgiveness from the wronged person, otherwise, he exposes himself to retribution on the Day of Judgment from his good deeds.
