What is the ruling on sleeping during work at the hospital at night on rotation with a colleague, and what is the ruling on having a wet dream while sleeping at work with no place available for ghusl, and is it permissible to delay ghusl from janabah for prayer in this situation?

It is forbidden to sleep during work hours except with permission from the authorized party. As for one who experiences a wet dream (ihtilam), he must perform ghusl (ritual bath) by pouring water over his entire body with the intention, in the available restrooms. If ghusl is not possible due to the unavailability of a place, then refer to Fatwa no. 128881.
