Is it permissible to register all property to the only daughter to prevent anyone from sharing in the inheritance?

It is not permissible to register your properties to your daughter with the intention of depriving the other heirs, whether it is a will or a transfer of ownership during your lifetime. A will in favor of an heir is not permissible and does not become effective unless the other heirs agree to it.
