It is not permissible for a girl and a non- man to speak to each other except out of necessity, and only to the extent of that necessity, while observing the guidelines such as avoiding seclusion, not speaking in a soft and alluring manner, and ensuring there is no fear of temptation (fitna). What is claimed to be with good intention and pure purpose does not permit such conversation; rather, it is one of the devil's pathways.
