What is the ruling of Islamic law regarding a wife's continued use of perfume when leaving the house, despite her husband's warning?

A woman leaving her home while perfumed is one of the major sins that Islamic law has forbidden. Al-Dhahabi, in his book "Al-Kaba'ir" (Major Sins), considered it among the causes of Allah's wrath. A wife must obey her husband and abandon this act. The husband should continue to advise her gently and warn her about Allah's punishment. If she does not desist after being advised, he has the right to discipline her. If that proves ineffective, he may consider divorcing her, especially if she has neglected her obligatory duties towards Allah.
