Does one who does not pray, curses Allah, and does not pay zakat inherit?

The father must be advised and made to understand that insulting Allah Almighty is a major disbelief (kufr akbar) that expels one from the fold of Islam, and anger is not an excuse. Also, abandoning prayer is a major disbelief. If he repents, then praise be to Allah. Otherwise, his wealth becomes spoils of war for the general Muslim community because he died as an apostate.
