Is it permissible to use powdered laundry detergent that contains enzymes of unknown origin?

It is not permissible to use soap mixed with enzymes extracted from animal flesh unless it is known or highly probable that they are from an animal lawfully slaughtered and permissible to consume, because the default ruling for meats is prohibition. It is permissible to use it if the enzymes have been processed and transformed into another substance.
