Can chronic premature ejaculation be cured by prayer while performing Umrah?

If a sick person turns to Allah with sincere and devoted supplication in virtuous places and times, and during periods when prayers are answered, while having a good opinion of Allah and avoiding obstacles to answered prayers, then Allah will respond to him and heal him. For "Allah has not sent down a disease except that He has sent down a cure for it, except for death or old age." The response might be warding off harm, or storing up reward for the Day of Judgment, or the persistence of the illness as a trial to expiate sins. For "Calamity continues to afflict the believing man or woman in his body, his wealth, and his children until he meets Allah with no sin upon him," and "Indeed, the magnitude of the reward is commensurate with the magnitude of the affliction. And indeed, when Allah loves a people, He tests them. So, whoever is pleased, for him is pleasure, and whoever is displeased, for him is displeasure."
