What is the ruling of the Sharia regarding a wife remaining with a husband who does not pray, does not ensure purification from janabah, does not maintain ties with her family, nor visit them even in their illness, and is characterized by عصَبِيَّة (nervousness/aggressiveness) and a lack of respect for the wife's family, knowing that the wife suffers from severe fear and panic?

We recommend self-restraint and not complaining about what has befallen you, for the believer's affairs are all good, and when Allah loves a people, He tests them.

If the husband does not pray at all, he is a disbeliever and outside the fold of Islam, and it is not permissible to live with him. You are not obliged to obey anyone in this matter. If he prays sometimes and abandons it sometimes, then he is a greatly immoral person (fasiq), and you have the right to seek divorce from him due to his bad character. It is preferable that this be done through family intervention.
