One afflicted with fornication and murder has committed two grave sins, and it is incumbent upon everyone to repent, regret, and increase in good deeds. Whoever aborts a fetus must pay its blood money (the value of five camels) to the heirs of the fetus, excluding the direct perpetrator and the one who caused it. It is also recommended to fast for two consecutive months. As for the fornicator, if unmarried, he is to be flogged one hundred lashes; if married, he is to be stoned to death. The ruler, not individuals, is to implement the prescribed punishment, in order to preserve security and order. You must focus on the repentance of your sister and your parents, and the matter of the perpetrator is with Allah.
