Does a wife whose husband has passed away inherit from him after she remarries and has children, and can the blood money amount of 130,0 Libyan Dinars be divided among the deceased's heirs?

If a man dies leaving behind a wife, a father, a mother, and siblings, his estate is divided as follows: The wife receives one-fourth, and the mother receives one-sixth due to the presence of a group of siblings. The remaining portion goes to the father by way of ta'sib (residuary heirship). The brothers and sisters receive nothing at all due to the presence of the father, who bars them completely from inheritance. The questioner is then advised to fear Allah and accept the division of the inheritance according to Islamic law. The matter must be referred to Sharia courts for an accurate investigation of all rights, debts, and bequests before the estate is divided.
