Is it permissible to transmit a fatwa from the website after verifying it, or is it obligatory to refer the questioner to the Fatwa Committee?

There is no impediment to transmitting fatwas published on websites and elsewhere, in order to benefit from them and to benefit others with them, provided they are issued by a reliable source and the one transmitting them is trustworthy. We at our website are pleased that students of knowledge and preachers benefit from our fatwas and transmit them to others, and this is an act for which they will be rewarded.
