The divorce of a bewitched husband does not occur if the magic has affected his mind, making him like a madman, or if it has affected his choice and will, causing him to utter the divorce under duress. However, if the magic has not affected his mind or will, then his divorce is valid, and there is no difference between the first, second, or third pronouncement.
