What is the punishment in this world and the hereafter for one who separates spouses through sorcery, and does a father's divorce of the mother, while he is under the influence of sorcery, take effect?

Separating spouses without just cause is a grave and forbidden sin, an act of devils and sorcerers. As for the father's divorce: if it was under the influence of magic, then it does not take effect, because magic can affect the will of the enchanted person, making him like someone under duress, and Allah has forgiven those under duress. However, if the divorce was by his own will and without the influence of magic, then it takes effect.
