What is the ruling on supplicating with the supplications taken from Ahmad Abd Al-Jawad's book "Du'a" (Supplication) available online? What is the extent of the authenticity of the virtues of some surahs and verses mentioned therein? Is it true that the Prophet (peace be upon him) never began his supplication except with "Subhana Rabbiyal-A'la Al-Wahhab" (Glory be to my Lord, the Most High, the Bestower)? The book "Al-Du'a al-Mustajab" (The Answered Supplication) by Muhammad Abd al-Jawwad is not reliable due to the abundance of weak and fabricated hadiths it contains. It also includes innovations (bid'ah) and Sufi litanies for which there is no evidence, and its title shows audacity towards Allah. The Permanent Committee, Ibn Baz, Ibn Uthaymeen, and Al-Fawzan have all deemed this book weak and have indicated that it should not be disseminated. As for the hadith, "Subhana Rabbi al-Ali al-A'la al-Wahhab" (Glory be to my Lord, the Most High, the Most Exalted, the Bestower), it is also weak.
