If ejaculation occurs, the fast of that day must be made up. As for pre-seminal fluid (madhi), it does not invalidate the fast, according to the more correct opinion.

If the engagement is merely a promise of marriage without a Sharia contract, then the fiancé is a stranger (ajnabi), and seclusion with him is not permissible, nor is kissing or intimacy. Sincere repentance is obligatory, which involves: abandoning the sin, regretting it, resolving not to return to it, in addition to performing good deeds.
