If ejaculation occurs, the fast of that day must be made up. As for pre-seminal fluid (madhi), it does not invalidate the fast, according to the more correct opinion.
If the engagement is merely a promise of marriage without a Sharia contract, then the fiancé is a stranger (ajnabi), and seclusion with him is not permissible, nor is kissing or intimacy.
