What is the ruling on intentionally embracing, kissing, and caressing the fiancée’s body during the daytime in Ramadan, without ejaculation or sexual desire, after returning from a long journey?

The fiancée is a stranger to her fiancé until the marriage contract is concluded. It is forbidden for him, before the contract, to be alone with her, look at her, kiss her, or embrace her, whether with desire or without. They must repent and not return to such actions. As for the fast, it is valid as long as neither of them experiences seminal emission. If one of them experiences emission, their fast is broken, and they must make up that day. These actions diminish the reward of fasting and weaken its effect.
