What is the ruling on kissing, touching, and intimacy between two girls during the month of Ramadan?

Physical intimacy between two women, involving touching and kissing, is a grave sin. It is forbidden by religious law, by reason, and by human nature. If this occurs during Ramadan, the offense is even more severe. Both individuals must offer sincere repentance. If this intimacy leads to the emission of semen, then the fast is broken, and they must make up for that day. As for the emission of pre-ejaculatory fluid (madhy), there are two opinions. If this intimacy does not result in any emission, then the fast remains valid, though repentance is still obligatory.
