What are the limits of marital relations during the day in Ramadan, and what is the ruling for someone who experiences pleasure from kissing his wife?
"The husband's relationship with his wife during the day in Ramadan is like his relationship with food and drink: he abstains from fulfilling his desires and avoids the preliminaries to intercourse, such as touching and kissing, because they are part of the desires that the fasting person abandons in seeking nearness to God. The most dangerous of these is direct contact, and touching his private part to her private part without a barrier is forbidden. If he kisses his wife and ejaculates semen, his fast is invalidated by consensus, and he must make it up. If pre-ejaculatory fluid (madhiy) is discharged, there are two opinions regarding the invalidation of his fast, and it is best to make it up to avoid disagreement. If he does not ejaculate, there is nothing upon him, but it is best not to repeat it for fear of ejaculation or intercourse.
