Is it permissible to frequently engage in marital intimacy with one's wife during Ramadan?

If by "al-milkatu" is meant the marriage contract without consummation, then there is no harm in visiting the wife during Ramadan. However, anything that incites desire during the day must be avoided. And whoever knows that kissing will incite his desire and invalidate his fast must avoid it.
