What is the ruling on the emission of semen due to kissing one's wife during the day in Ramadan, especially considering that their marriage was a week before Ramadan?

The ruling on a fasting person kissing his wife: It is permissible for a fasting person to kiss his wife during the day of Ramadan and to enjoy being with her as long as it does not lead to intercourse or ejaculation. However, if he fears that it might lead to intercourse or ejaculation, he should refrain to protect his fast.

The kiss for a fasting person is divided into two categories: - Permissible: If he is confident about himself - Forbidden: If he fears that it might spoil his fast

If a fasting person kisses his wife and ejaculates, his fast is invalidated and he must make it up without expiation."
