Is it permissible for a husband to kiss and caress his wife during the daytime in Ramadan, with the possibility of Wady or Mathy discharge, but without intercourse or seminal emission?

If a fasting person knows that kissing or direct physical contact will arouse his desire, then he is not permitted to do so. However, if he believes it is unlikely to arouse his desire, then there is no harm in it. If kissing results in the emission of madhy (pre-seminal fluid), his fast is not invalidated according to the preponderant opinion, though making up the day as a precaution is better. But if many (semen) is emitted, his fast is invalidated, and he must make up the day. Wady (a thick white fluid) is discharged after urination.
