Does stopping supplication after three years of unanswered prayers mean that what was supplicated for is not good, or should one continue, based on the saying: "Indeed, Allah Almighty does not tire until you tire"? And are there signs that indicate Allah Almighty's wrath, and is it possible that Allah Almighty does not answer my supplication due to a sin I committed?

It is recommended to supplicate frequently, not to be hasty, to have a good opinion of Allah, and to be certain of a response. Supplication is beneficial in all circumstances, and its response may be in repelling an affliction or in storing good for the Hereafter. One must distance oneself from sins that deprive sustenance, and remember that sins are a cause of affliction, and that affliction may be a test and an expression of love from Allah, not anger. One must repent from sins, for they remove blessings and bring misfortunes.
