Is it permissible to marry a girl who was sexually harassed in her childhood, and does what happened negate her virginity status?

We advise against marrying the girl because of what happened with her brother, and for fear that it might affect your relationship with her and her family. Also, the girl made a mistake by telling you what happened; she should have concealed it. However, if you insist on marrying her, there is no harm, especially if she was coerced and not at fault. Virginity can be lost for reasons other than intercourse. And if the girl confesses to zina (fornication/adultery) and repents with sincere repentance, then Allah accepts repentance. In conclusion, either leave the girl, with the obligation to conceal her secret, or accept her as a wife without it negatively affecting your relationship or her family.
