What is the ruling of Islamic law regarding the marriage of a man who discovered that his fiancée, with whom he has already completed the marriage contract but has not yet consummated the marriage, doubts her virginity due to her past practice of masturbation, knowing that the man desires her to be a virgin?

The sister who asked the question should have covered herself and not disclosed what she did to her husband, according to the words of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "Whoever is afflicted with any of these abominations, let him conceal it with the concealment of Allah, the Mighty and Majestic." She must repent to Allah Almighty with remorse and a firm resolve not to return to such an act. What happened from her does not prevent marrying her. We advise covering her secret and not informing anyone about her matter, and holding on to her if her repentance is sincere, her conduct is good, and she is pleasing in character and religion.
