Is the Hajj of one who performs Tawaf and Sa'y on the morning of the Day of Arafah, and then goes to Arafah in the afternoon, valid?

If the circumambulation (Tawaf) mentioned is Tawaf Al-Ifadah, then it is not valid because it occurred at an improper time. Therefore, they must perform Tawaf Al-Ifadah and then Sa'i after it, even if this is after the Days of Tashreeq, knowing that the greater disengagement (Al-Tahallul Al-Akbar) is not complete except with Tawaf Al-Ifadah. However, if the Tawaf was a voluntary act, there is no harm in it, but it is not permissible to perform Sa'i before the standing at Arafah after it.
