Is it permissible for a resident of Mecca who has intended for Hajj al-Ifrad to delay the Tawaf and Sa'i until the last day of Hajj?

If you are a resident of Mecca, there is no harm in delaying the Ifadah circumambulation (Tawaf al-Ifadah) and the ritual running (Sa'i) until the last days of Hajj or even afterward, because there is no specified end for them. However, the second release from ihram is not valid except by performing the circumambulation. It is mentioned in Al-Rawd, with its commentary, that delaying the circumambulation beyond the days of Mina is permissible because its time is not limited. This is the view of Al-Shafi'i, while Abu Hanifa believes it should be during the days of Tashreeq, and Malik limits it to the month of Dhul-Hijjah. Performing it sooner is preferable.
