Is what Dr. Omar Abdel Kafi meant by saying that the prayer of a person praying behind an Imam is accepted, whether he makes a mistake or not, that whoever makes a mistake in congregational prayer receives the full reward, just like one who does not make a mistake?

"One cannot definitively assert the acceptance of any act of worship because acceptance is a matter of the unseen, known only to Allah. Ibn Abd al-Barr clarified that acceptance might be for an obligatory act without a supererogatory one, or vice-versa, or for both, or for neither. It has not been reported that forgetfulness in prayer diminishes its reward; rather, the prostration of forgetfulness (sujud (definition) al-sahw) vexes Satan. It has also been reported that rectifying and mending a prayer is better than interrupting and repeating it."
